Pravda On The Hudson

The New York Times needs to strike it's masthead. They can no longer lay claim to "All The News That's Fit To Print". Today's edition has joined the DNC cheerleading squad. In the tank fails to describe this article entitled "New Team Blends Messages for a United Vision".

DAYTON, Ohio, July 7 - The Democratic ticket of two senators named John skipped across this swing state on Wednesday, with the presidential contender openly embracing his running mate's message about the economic squeeze on the middle class and reveling in the two young children he brings to their collective family portrait.

Skipped across the swing state? Did they all hold hands and sing "We're off to see the Wizard?" This was pathetic. I hope Kerry and Edwards had time to wipe the slobber off their ties prior to the next photo-op.

As you may or may not already be aware, members of the Watcher's Council hold a vote every week on what they consider to be the most link-worthy pieces of writing around... per the Watcher's instructions, I am submitting one of my own posts for consideration in the upcoming nominations process.
Here is the most recent winning council post, here is the most recent winning non-council post, here is the list of results for the latest vote, and here is the initial posting of all the nominees that were voted on.
