9-11 Commission Not A Total Waste of O2

Sean, over at The American Mind seems to agree with my earlier post that the 9-11 Commission at least partially redeemed itself by putting some intelligent thoughts into its long-awaited grand finale'.
 
It seems that not everyone on the commission was as preoccupied as Bob Kerrey during their work.  I think of this as a case where our governemnt produced something worthwhile almost in spite of itself.
